Bigger than a handyman job?We take the headache
Some repairs need a licensed electrician, plumber or HVAC technician. When one does, you don't have to start calling around: we'll connect you with a licensed contractor from our trusted partner network.
If you'd like, we'll also manage the job for a small coordination fee: scheduling, access, follow-up and a final check. The contractor quotes and is responsible for their own work; we keep it moving.
For landlords and hosts
Repairs and cleaning in one visit
Between tenants or guests, the same visit can cover the punch list and the clean. Fewer appointments to coordinate, and the place is ready sooner.
Send the list with your cleaning request, or ask about adding repairs to a regular turnover schedule.

Before you book
What if the job needs a licensed contractor?
Wiring, new plumbing, gas and HVAC work need a licensed contractor. We'll connect you with one from our partner network, who quotes and is responsible for the work. If you'd like us to manage the job (scheduling, access, follow-up and a final check), we charge a small coordination fee. Otherwise you can work with the contractor directly.
Who supplies the parts?
You can have them ready, or tell us what's needed when you send your list and we'll talk through options with your quote.
Can you look at it first?
Yes. Photos usually let us quote straight away. For bigger lists we may visit first.
Is there a minimum?
Each visit is quoted on its own. Grouping several jobs into one visit is usually the best value.
